Tomorrow in the Philippines, we will witness the colorful opening of the so-called "the greatest show of Earth", the 2012 Olympics which will occur on historic London City, England.
This is the proper time that all countries will be unify as one despite its differences on culture, colors, races and religion. This is the proper time that all 5 continents will be as one for the aspiration of camaraderie and fairness.
The popular Olympic rings truly defined its unity because of its interlocking rings coloured blue, yellow, black, green, and red on a white field. I hope and pray that it will happened even if there is no Olympics.
There are so many conflicts happening around the world.
Despite its controversies, the committee tried its best to become all sporting events fair and square. This will represents how the world sports would it be in the eyes of the future athletes.
For our local athletes, I wish all of you a "Good-Luck" even if we will not snatch an elusive Olympic gold but in my eyes you are the winners. You shall show the world how precious the Filipino athlete it is and that is a "Olympic gold" for me.
Let us cheers for the another historic event that may be a part for the rest of our lives.
