Alaska's Final Ace??

Later at 5:15 pm, the Air21 Express will play against Alaska Aces, who struggled over this 2011-2012 PBA season. And maybe this will be the final game of the Aces as a franchise.

At all the course of this season, Alaska Aces had so many mysterious ways that anyone they don't know. Before the season opening last October 2,2011, the long time mentor Earl Timothy Cone leaved the franchise to make a "difference" and Bmeg Llamados represented that kind of manifestation.

For the first two conferences, Joel Banal took the post leaved by Cone to manage the roster already molded by the old mentor such as LA Tenorio, Cyrus Baguio and Sonny Thoss. In this kind of juncture, this is gonna be a difficult era for them because they had a worst combined win-loss record of 8-15(.348). This two tournaments illustrates how miss Tim Cone so much-his endless desire to win the game despite all down, doubts and all negative D's against them.

Before the Governor's Cup tip-off, Joel Banal decided to leave the franchise because of relentless opinions that for him destructs his credibility of his profession although he has a live contract. And many names are mentioned such as Jolas Lastimosa and Joaqui Trillo's son, Luigi. At the end of the day, Uytengsu franchise selected Luigi Trillo as so-called "headcoach for only one conference"- what a crazy position, Right?

In the last couple of weeks, the rumors are dreaded at its full stake when famous writer Jay P. Mercado points the selling of franchise to a business magnate Jean Henri Lhuillier for the reason of Trillo appointment. As of this time, they denied all of these.

Another calvary of the Aces is the tweet of Maki Macabagdal (known as "Coach Potato") that their star guard LA Tenorio wants to be traded after their 6-game losing skid of this Governor's Cup.

And now last Monday, Sonny Thoss reportedly on the trading block for the Aces. But once again, Joaqui Trillo denies this kind of news. In his tone of voice, he feels angry regarding these.

In all kinds of intrigues, the management should speak now before its too late- NO HOLDS BARRED in the hard lips of a famous host.

Remembering the team owner Wilfred Uytengsu criticized the league because of the over-paid salary cap and bonuses accusation of SMC and MVP teams. Chito Salud, the current Commisioner again denies it and challenge Uytengsu to show evidence but where his strong statement now.

Some hoops followers may crap on their minds that the PBA shows vengeance to the Aces maybe by not choosing a top pick because of this.

At the end of the day, only God together with Joe Cantada knows what is the personal aspiration of  Mr. Uytengsu. I hope this future moves will reflects to the vision and mission of the PBA- who is already drained by thorns of  incompetence, partiality and imbalance.
