Who Will Top The 2013 NBA Draft Lottery?

Now that this year's playoffs are almost at the midst of it's tip, the eliminated teams are looking for any possible changes in roster or coaching staffs and many others. The annual draft of the world's famous hoop league are one of the highlights for the coming off-season. All teams are observing and scouting their possible draft pick that will serve as a main run for their aspirations to enhance and fulfill the possible title bid.

Here are my personal two squads that could possibly bring home the top over-all spot for the yearly NBA Draft..

1. Charlotte Bobcats
    2012-2013 Season W-L: 21-61

That is not too bad for this team unlike their 7-59 slate in their lockout season. They acquired some good    names during the last year's summer such as Ramon Sessions and Brendan Haywood. They snatched also two draft picks like Michael Kidd Gilchrist and Jeffery Taylor. And the appointment of Mike Dunlap strengthens their desire to regain the respect and lost glory by winning four out of five games in the Summer League.

As always during the regular season, they struggling and failed to get victories but the difference is their willingness and determination improve at the great standard view.

This could be their transitional period but unfortunately, immediately after they finished the 82-game season, the management dissatisfied on Dunlap's deed on this franchise and they remove him as their chief mentor.

Going to the lottery, they have a big chance to reclaim the top spot for the draft selection. Last year, they slide down to the no.2 ranking behind New Orleans Hornets ( now called Pelicans).

To be honest, this year's draft is so difficult in terms of tracing who could be the cream of the crop. The names of Ben McLemore and Nerlens Noel are mentioning in the discussions.

Gonna be tough for the Bobcats now- who will be their pick and who will be the man applicable to their system agenda?

2. Orlando Magic
    2012-2013 Season W-L: 20-62

I don't know who has a defect? A player or the people running behind this franchise. It was happened so many times starting from Shaquille O'Neal, Chris Webber down to Dwight Howard. All my names mentioned begun their careers to Orlando (except Webber) but they end to a legendary teams such as Los Angeles Lakers.

In all fairness with them, they had great careers but I don't know why the Magic had such breakdowns in terms of handling stellar players.

The latest fiasco was on Dwight Howard. Unfortunately, he is their former top choice during 2004 NBA Draft. The so-called Superman handled the franchise in at least seven seasons with one championship appearance as a consolation.

They are in the transition period once and for all. They had a new mentor as well in the personality of Jack Vaughn. They snatch also one of the best General Manager in the league for this current time- that is  former OKC General Manager Rob Hennigan.

In terms of odds in getting the top pick, Magic had also good statistics as well. I know that some of the analysts will state that they deserve to get the no.1 spot.

My personal concern is- whether they win on the lottery or not, player's contract security should be emphasize. The acid test for Hennigan will begin on the draft night.
